Willis "Bill" Stockberger passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at the age of 88. He proudly served his country as a master electrician and Master-at-Arms 1st class, on multiple U.S. submarines. He also served on the Navy ships USS America and USS Iowa. After retiring from the military, Bill settled in Virginia Beach, VA with the love of his life, where he ran his company, Lite Electric. When he wasn't working, Bill cherished time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Delores; mother, Leila; father; George; sister, Dixie; and son, Michael. Bill will be remembered for his unwavering patriotism and dedication to family.

He is survived by his two children, Marla and Keith; three stepchildren, Steve, Linda, and Debbie; 5 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
