William "Bill" Timothy O'Connor, 57, of Hampton, Virginia, succumbed to gastric cancer in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his family on March 7, 2020.

Bill is survived by his daughter Khorren Spriggs, grandchildren Ricardo, Julius, Cesar, Penelope, former wife Karla Morning, former mother-in-law Gloria Morring, former sisters-in-law Willita, Karen, Michele, brothers Richard and Robert, sisters Deborah and Michalena, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Loretta and William O'Connor and his brother Patrick O'Connor. Bill was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to everyone.

Bill was born in Baltimore, MD and later become a Hampton resident when he was stationed at Langley Air Force base. After serving in the Air Force as a Security Police Officer, he later went on to work as a Supply Manager and support the government further.

He enjoyed sports, especially football, where his favorite team was the Washington Redskins. He spent his free time watching various sports games on TV. He also enjoyed playing chess on the weekends and playing the lottery. Bill was always there to help relatives and friends with anything that they needed.

To honor the wishes of Bill there will not be any type of memorial service.
