Tennessee White, 89, widow of Johnnie B. White, passed away on July 6, 2022.  Born in Buchanan County, VA she has been a resident of the peninsula since 1954 where she worked for Morrison's Cafeteria for 18 years.

Tennessee is survived by her daughter, Tammie Bruner; sisters, Pattie Nichols, June Stiltner, and Betty Moore; and brother, Roger Riffe.

She was a kind loving person who touched many people's lives.  She was a strong stubborn woman who loved her dog "Angel" and daughter with all her heart.
