Susan Zack Halligan, 85, widow of Edward John Halligan, passed away on March 15, 2024.  Born in Weehawken, NJ, she has been a resident of Hampton since 1962.  She worked as a contractor for the Department of Defense.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Sharon Thayer (Kenny) and Eileen Harris (Richard); grandchildren, Kara Mayberry (Brian), Katie Harrell (Ryan) and Seth Thayer (Elizabeth)l and three great-grandchildren, Edward Mayberry, Brian Mayberry, Jr., and Afton Harrell.  She is also survived by her fur-babies, Zelda, Sissy, and Peaches.
