Susan Jean Aldrich

Susan Jean Aldrich, 75, passed away on July 8, 2026. Born in Greene, NC, she has been a resident of Hampton Roads since 1953. She retired as a Director from Hope In-Home Care in 2014.

Susan was preceded in death by her Fiancé, David Sulava; Mother, Joyce Worthington, Father Vernon Worthington, Son Richard Cooper, brother, Vernon Worthington Jr. “Buddy”, Grandson, Dillon Eve and son in law Thomas Simmons. She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Simmons; son, Robert Cooper; sister, Brenda Hairston; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held privately with immediate family only per Susan’s wishes. The family sincerely appreciates your love, support, and understanding during this time of grief.
