Steven Lamar Mills, age 43, passed away on February 26, 2022. Born in Fairfield, CA, he was the second child of Wanda R. Mills-Vaughan and the late Randolph Stanley Mills. Mills was a Hampton resident for 34 years. Growing up Mills was well-traveled being stationed with family in California, Nebraska, England, France, and more. Mills worked as a Plumber and a General Contractor.

Mills was an avid hip-hop music enthusiast who loved his Philadelphia Eagles, Egyptian literature, gadgets, and travel. During his spare time, he liked to visit friends and family. Mills was very resilient and strong-willed. Although he stood small in stature 5ft, he had a Big personality. Everyone that knew him definitely loved him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother, Wanda R. Mills-Vaughan; siblings, Tunisha Vance, Kyna Adams, and Marcus Mills. The family will receive friends between 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, VA 23666
