Robert "Skee" Lee Penn, 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.  Born in Martinsville, VA, he has been a resident of Hampton for over 30 years.  He was a waterman for many years until his illness.

Skee is survived by his children, Leacy A. Knox, Gary Knox and David Bellamy; siblings, Margaret Ann Mullins, Odessa Connell, James Leon Penn and Paulette Hilton; grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a host of relatives, and friends.  He also had a family life and friends in Woodbine, NJ for years.

A memorial service will be held 12:00 Noon, February 29, 2020 at Open Door Full Gospel Baptist Church, 105 E. Cummings Ave., in Hampton.g  The family wishes expressions of sympathy to take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society by clicking here .
