Obituary
Hampton – Peggy L. Wagoner, 76 passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. A longtime Hampton resident, she was the daughter of the late Westbrook and Winnie Williams. She was a member of Parkview Methodist Church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Eugene T. Wagoner, a son, Gregory Scott Wagoner and his wife Robin of Portsmouth, VA; three grandchildren, Noah, Nathan and Nicholas.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend to so many and will truly be missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions in Hampton, 757-825-8070.
