Margaret Schaffer Neaves, 82 passed away April 4, 2021.  Born in Filbert WV she was a Hampton resident and graduate of Hampton High School.  She retired from civil service at Ft. Monroe in 1991.  Shen then moved to Mountain City, TN where she lived for 29 years.  Recently returning to Hampton to be near family.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James C. Neaves.  She is survived by her grandchildren, Zachary Neaves and Victoria Halley Hagerty, great-grandchildren Samuel and George; and many nieces and nephews.
