Leslie Dial Warner, 75, passed away on April 8, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer.  Born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1948, she moved to Hampton Roads in 1952.  Leslie graduated from Hampton High School in 1965, then studied nursing.  After many years as a stay-at-home mom, she returned to school to become a Registered Nurse.  She worked in the areas of dialysis, psychiatric nursing and bed control before retiring in 2013 from Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Leslie was preceded in death by her parents, Edward William and Judith Hardman Dial.  She is survived by her daughter, Alyssa Joye Cano and husband, Roberto, of Yorktown, Virginia; granddaughter, Victoria Judith Cano; and sisters, Shirley Spence of Richmond, Virginia, and Beth Murray of Miami, Florida.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 PM Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Dr. in Hampton, 757-825-8070. As per Leslie's wishes, a private interment and committal ceremony will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church Columbarium on Thursday, April 27, 2023.
