Joseph Henry Klaugh, age 58, passed away on Saturday June 29, 2019. He was a lifelong resident of Hampton and worked at Newport News Shipbuilding for 37 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, going to KISS concerts, and playing the drums. He lived life to the fullest and will be deeply missed.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Beverly Klaugh; daughters, Alexis Vest and Krystale Jefferson; and son, William "Billy" Klaugh. Three grandchildren, Peyton Vest, Ammarie Vest, and Jacobi Jefferson.
