Joseph "Joe" Rawdon Boyce, 57, passed away on June 26, 2025.  Born in Germany, he has been a resident of Hampton since 1973.  Joseph was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council No. 511 where he was a 3rd Degree Knight, and the JFK Assembly No. 1164 where he was a 4th Degree Knight.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Carole Boyce; step-mother, Sherry Lee Boyce; grandparents, Donald and Burnadette Boyce; brother, Christopher Boyce; sister, Angela Marie Champ; sister-in-law, Jenny Fontz; and great-niece, Samantha Marie Battaglia.  He is survived by his father, Don Boyce; brother, Clarence L. Fontz; and aunts and uncles, Trudy Powell,  John Boyce (Meg), Gina Muccio (Angelo), and Wendy Bowen.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Thursday, July 10, 2025  at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 512 Buckroe Ave., Hampton. The family wishes, in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to St. Mary Star of the Sea School, 14 N. Willard Ave., Hampton, VA  23663.
