Jason Keith Burris, of Hampton, Virginia, went to be with the Lord at age 34 on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

Jason leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving parents, Carl and Pamela Burris; sister, Sarah Howard and her husband, James Howard and their sons, Nathan Howard, Matthew Howard and Noel Howard; his long-time girlfriend, Melinda Nicely, who loved him unconditionally, and their pets, Petey and Spanky.  Jason is also survived by his grandparents, Randy and Myrtle Wilson; his uncle, Keith Mason and his wife, Nicole and their children, Ian Mason and Abbey Mason; his aunts, June Hughes and Anna Shelton; uncles and many cousins. Jason is also survived by his life-long friends, Benji Carpenter, Clarke Murphy and Marshall Murphy.  He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Robert C. Mason, and his paternal grandparents, Carl and Shirley Burris.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
