Jackeline Goninan, 86, passed away on November 25, 2022.  Born and raised in Norfolk, she moved to Hampton in 2010.   She retired in 2001 , as an Information Operator with Bell Atlantic and Verizon.

Jackeline was preceded in death by her grandson, Jacob Allen Kilgore and her husband, Irving Goninan.  She is survived by her children, Susan Garrett and William R. Joyce; siblings, Frances Richardson and Robert Richardson (Ethel); grandchildren, Rachel Hill, Phillip Kilgore, Katelyn Garrett, Aaron Garrett, Jacob Garrett, and Veronika Joyce; and great-grandchildren, Allison, Jasmine, Paige, Caleb, Brandon and Paxxton.
