Floyd W. Goff passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, he was 85. Floyd was born in Loris, SC and had been a Peninsula resident for the past 69 years. Floyd founded AAA Electrical Contracting, Inc. in 1968, a Hampton based business that still continues today.
He was a member of the Warwick Masonic Lodge and a member of the Khedive Temple, where he was a proud member of the Khedive Motor Patrol. Floyd served as Captain of the Unit in 1986.
Floyd enjoyed playing golf, camping, and attending blue grass festivals with his friends. His greatest love was his family and his two granddaughters.
Preceded in death by his parents, Ella M. West and Leon B. Goff and a brother Wilson; survivors include his wife Pat Goff; his son Stewart Goff and his wife Tina of Newport News; his granddaughters Kristyn Clifton and husband James of Virginia Beach; Hailey Goff of Newport News; stepson Michael Martin and his wife Bonnie of Gloucester.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony with masonic rites will be conducted at the Bremond Masonic Lodge, 12735 Warwick Blvd, Newport News at 1 PM on December 11, 2021. COVID guidelines will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, please send memorials in his name to the Khedive Shrine Center, 645 Woodlake Dr., Chesapeake VA 23320.
