Evelyn Ruth Fair, 75, passed away on April 8, 2024.  Born in North Carolina, she had been a resident of the Peninsula for over 20 years before moving to Fredericksburg in 2016.  She retired from Solo Global in 2005.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Dorsey Fair; and siblings, Beulah Mae Green; Brenda Peele, and Robert Pierce.

She is survived by her children, Addie R. Fair, Tommy D. Fair, Jr., Terry A. Fair and Charleen Fair Bragg; siblings, Barbara Seck, Clarence Pierce and Willie Pierce; grandchildren, Jackie, Tommy III, Chastity, Terri, Terry, Brandon, Brené, Marché, and Jánauja; and great-grandchildren, Kwamane, Elis, Elias, Jackson, Alexis, Zyaire, Máxya.

The family will receive friends from 10-11:15 am, Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Dr. in Hampton.  Immediately following at 11:30 am, a Homegoing Celebration will be held in the funeral home chapel.
