Eva Mae (Drewery) Smith of Hampton, VA entered heaven on November 17, 2022. She will be reunited with her parents, William & Florence Drewery. Eva and her siblings, Ruby James, Bill Drewery, Kenny Drewery, and Ricky Drewery were raised in Newport News, VA.

In 1956 a once in a lifetime love was found, Lawrence Smith and his "Special Angel ', Eva married and began their life and family together in California. Daughters and Son in laws Deborah and Robert Reiter of Las Vegas, NV, Theresa Hembree and Douglas Johnson of Yorktown, VA remember their mother's unique and amazing life and prints she left from coast to coast.

Retiring and returning to the Virginia Peninsula in 1989, Eva and Larry traveled the globe appreciating their "one of a kind" love for life and each other. Eva was well known for connecting with each and every soul she met. The "Champagne Lady" brought smiles & warmth to the hearts of countless families and friends on her blessed journey.

Eva's legacy leaves 2 daughters, 3 grand children, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great, great granddaughter, nieces, nephews and countless friends. Her very dear friend, Thelma Wyatt kept her "Bells and Whistles" ringing.

Eva will be loved and missed beyond measure. Generations to come will continue her journey of living life to the fullest. There will only ever be one "Uva", thanks for being ours. Until we're together again XO!
