Dnomyar V. Stephens

Dnomyar V. " Steve" Stephens, 76, entered eternal rest on November 14,2025. Born in Harlingen, TX, he resided in Hampton, VA for over 50 years. Steve served in the US Army during the Vietnam war. Then he worked as an Administrarive Assistant with Civil Service at Fort Monroe until he retired in 1998.

Steve was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. Steve also enjoyed singing and playing music on his guitars.

Steve is survived by his children Latonia Stephens (Ohio), Jacques D. Stephens (Ohio), Kenya B. Stephens(Ohio), Crystal D. Stephens ( Virginia), Anthony L. Stephens (Florida), 7 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, a brother Standford Stephens ( California), along with a host of family and friends. Steve is preceded by his partner Katherine H. Webster.
