Debra Faye Manspile, 66, passed away on March 8, 2023.  A lifelong resident of the Peninsula she graduated from Pembroke High School in 1974.  She was the Assistant Manager of Farm Fresh in Hampton.

Debra was preceded in death by her father, William M. Manspile, Sr., and brother William "Mack" Manspile, Jr.  She is survived by her life partner, Vicki Whitted; step-daughter, Francine Wright; mother, Bobbie Robinson Manspile; sister, Kathryn Manspile Kear (Tony); sister-in-law, Judy Sivacek; grandchildren, Megan, Sara, and Cassidy; great-grandchildren, Nora and Ryan; nephew, Will (Cletus) Kear; nieces, Bobbie Marie Kemmeth and Jessica Daniels; and chihuahuas, Sugar, Charlie and Buddy.

Debra's life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Dr. in Hampton, 757-825-8070.
