Clarence A "Boo Boo" Perry, Jr., 80, of Hampton, VA passed away on April 8, 2022.  Clarence, a Norfolk native, was a Booker T. Washington High School Graduate and attended Virginia State University. He was employed at BASF in Williamsburg for a number of years before moving on with employment at Pentran and Pepsico. In his retirement years, Clarence continued to work part time for Virginia ABC. In his younger years Clarence was an avid boater as well as a painter and truly enjoyed doing yard work and spending time with friends and family throughout his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence A Perry and Thelma Harrison Perry and his wife Sylvia T. Perry. Clarence is survived by his sister, Sandra Harris; three children, Jonathan Perry, Denise Tonkins, and Andre' (Shannon) Perry; niece, Keitha (Larry) Boone; nephew, Michael Harris; five grandchildren, Dionne Tonkins, Cole Perry, Greyson Perry, Alrick Perry and Khadiza Hankins; and a special friend, Irene Moore. Clarence also has a number of great grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews as well as extended family and friends who will miss him dearly and cherish his memories.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Berceuse Funeral and Cremation Traditions, 2609 Cunningham Drive, Hampton, VA 23666. 757-825-8070.
