Charlotte Norine Outlaw was born on July 11, 1965 in Cruger, Mississippi to Jasper Cooper and the late Mary Horton Cooper. She was the third of five children. Charlotte departed this life at the age of 54 on Monday, November 11, 2019.
Charlotte loved life, her husband, children, grandson and family deeply. She was a quiet, gentle, and humble servant whose smile would light up any room she entered. Her love for God was evident in her selfless acts of kindness and support towards family and friends. Charlotte was a generous giver of her time, love, and friendship. She enjoyed reading, scrapbooking, studying the Bible, as well as spending time with her husband, children, grandson, family and Christian family. She was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.
Charlotte leaves to honor and cherish her memory, her husband and the love of her life for 32 years, Paul Outlaw; her daughter Sabrina Outlaw Sanders (Martrell); her son, Paul Outlaw, Jr.; her grandson, Noah Sanders; Father Jasper Cooper of Cruger MS; sisters, Linda (Waldo) Wright of Greenwood, MS; Connie (David) Hawkins of Arlington, TN; Hope Cooper of Greenwood, MS; brothers, Larry Cooper of Greenwood, MS; Roderick Smith of Memphis TN and Esper (Trell) Smith of Cruger MS.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 1:00 PM at Newport News Church of Christ, 5956 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, Va.
