Charles A. Turner, Jr. (53) of Newport News, Virginia transitioned peacefully on September 1, 2021.  He is survived by his daughter, Shalesia M. Turner, son Marcel E. Osborn, mother, Joyce C. Turner, sister Tonza Kemp, brother, William Turner and a host of other family and friends.  There will be no formal homegoing service.  The family will receive friends at the home of his mother.  We will always carry Charles' memory in our hearts.
