Bonnie Most, 67, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Bonnie is survived by her husband, Christopher Most; children, Angela Doughty, Amanda Doughty (Ryan), Jason Most (Alexandria), and Alexander Most; grandchildren, Chloe, Dylan, Logan, Quinn, and Rylynn. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanie Kelley Turner.

Bonnie was born in Clifton Forge, VA, and soon moved to Newport News with her mother. Through the years, she was a bartender, grocery store manager, and apartment caretaker. Bonnie always followed her heart and, after many adventures, made a home in Hampton. There, she hosted countless cookouts and holiday meals. Bonnie welcomed everyone with open arms, no fuss, just a genuine desire for all to be comfortable and have a good time. She found comfort and connection in nature, spending time each year with her family at the beach or in a cabin in the woods.

Bonnie taught us that an unconventional path can lead to more love and life than anyone imagined. We follow our hearts. We listen, we love, and we forgive. We don’t always follow the rules. Friends become family, cousins can be like sisters, and we always have room for more. She is dancing away from us now, our gypsy, our wish.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at a later date.
