Annie Clarice Jenkins, 79, of Newport News, VA, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 9, 2021. She was a woman of strong and unwavering faith in God; a devoted wife, dedicated and loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was an amazing listener and counselor; always encouraging and giving to all who came in contact with her. She was a Property Manager for over 20 years to a close-knit community in Newport News, VA, before retiring.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Annie Eley; loving husband, Webster Albriston Jenkins, Jr; son, Harold Jenkins; and brother, Charles Brannigan. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Meekins; three daughters, Debora Deboard, Cathy Bailey, Angela Kisner (David); grandchildren, Brock Brauer, Kristy Waesche, Stacy Auman, Jessica Auman, Rachael Covington (Obadiah), John Bailey, Jr., Michael Rowe and Victoria Kisner; seven great-grandchildren; Honorary son, Steve Sprik; Honorary daughters Karen Sargent, Joan Harris and Sharon Wyrick.
