Anne Tarr, 56 passed away on April 3, 2022. A dedicated mother, and lifelong lover of Mozart, Lynrd Skynrd, and Jack Daniels. She was a paragon of strong women, and a beacon for the right way to act. Her favorite place to be was in her garden growing her herbs and roses. She is survived by her children, Robert P. Belford IV and Rhiannon K.
