Anita Lee Kulp-Evert, 39, passed away on May 1, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, she has been a resident of Hampton for 3 years.
Anita is survived by her husband, Jason T. Evert; daughters, Danielle Kulp and Courtney Kulp; parents Linda and Paul Koch; sisters, Morgan Shoemaker, Jolene Fonseca and Jamie Koch; and brothers, Trevor Koch and Calvin Koch.
